The Level "Supervision of Toll Collection Control Systems" makes it possible to supervise both the plaza operation and the administrative-financial management.

LAN STRUCTURE

All the computers of each station are connected within a network which works under the network operative system Windows 2000, and each of the terminals operates under the Windows 98 or 2000 Operative System. The system uses SQL Server 2000 as its database engine.

ON-LINE SCREENS

The System makes it possible to view on-line a serie of screens and statistical reports which instantly, graphically, and with sound, display the status of the lanes, the collection or various discrepancies and anomalies, thus easily guaranteeing close supervision of each event which occurs in the lane.

The System presents sub-items of on-line screens related to different matters:

  • Status of the lane

  • On-line alarm messages

  • Statistical Graphics

REPORTS

The System produces numerous reports according to the needs of the Concession in question.

One can obtain, among others, reports corresponding to the closing of a shift, reports of each transit, of anomalies, and of any other occurrence (category discrepancy, statistics of transit, of cashiers, of exemptions, etc.) and reports on auditing of system use, where each of the activities carried out is then audited and stored in a System chart.

Also available are reports related to the treasury; for example: reports of daily collection operations where the cash, voucher, and cashed check totals per shift are established, thus providing effective and secure anti-fraud control.

SPECIAL DEVELOPMENTS

The TCP TOLL System has been developed entirely by Telectronica's own professional programmers, thus making possible its integration into different management systems; SAP and J.D. Edwards, among others.
