The
OCC (Operation Control Center) Level regulates information
provided by all the concessionary toll plazas, making it
possible
to
consult
and reach information
about them. Besides regulating automatic
(current account) payment. |
|
|
|
| The
System is developed with a WAN Network structure, which
allows intuitive and easy access to a wide range of
applications and information. It
provides consolidated on-line periodic toll information
concerning collection and transit statistics, information
regarding the systems involved in customer service,
administration of the sub-system of scales and radar
control, and dynamic access to information captured by
traffic-counters and weather-detecting instruments (temperature,
humidity, atmospheric pressure, etc.), providing the
concession's users with access to various highway
information services via Internet or WAP cellular phones. |

The
customer service module records the calls received, making
it possible to listen to those corresponding to data
registered for that call. Each call can be traced, calls
made to the user in reply to his original call are also
registered, and a questionnaire is filled out according to
the type of occurrence.

 |
|
|
|
| The
Radio Attention System provides information regarding the work
of vehicles dedicated to customer service. For this, data of
the occurrences produced is registered through radio
communications. With the information received, the location of
all the vehicles and occurrences on a map of the concession
can be determined on the vehicle monitoring screen. The
information obtained through the System of Radio Attention may
be utilized to obtain customer service and accident statistics. |
 |
|
|
|
| The
Management Reports are produced by each module of the TCP-Toll
System giving the possibility to obtain internal reports
on the transit volume per direction, on passage-control of
exempt
vehicles,
on
the
volume of vehicles by category, and accident reports divided
according to place and road conditions. Thus, reports are
produced for the commission of road concessions.
