The
OCC Portal Level of the Operation Control Center is a
user´s
interface based on Web Technology prodiling a unique access
point to the applications, servicies and
sources of information involved in an Operational Control
Center. |
|
|
|
|
This
item allows access to weather forecasting region by region
and on line, as well as to information supplied by remote
instruments used for measuring temperature, pressure and
humidity, etc. |
 |
|
|
|
|
The
Traffic Count provides access to transit statistics region
by region. For each zone measured, data is issued regarding
the amount of traffic, average speed and density, by
considering the latest take and the average per hour.
|
 |
|
|
|
|
By
means of a Web explorer, all the CCTV System cameras display
live multi-direction images backed up by the same TCP IP data
network to which the OCC Portal is connected. |
 |
|
|
|
| The
user has access to helpful on-line information from any WAP
Cellular Phone:
-
Information
concerning road conditions and weather, stretch by stretch.
-
Location
and fees of all the toll plazas.
-
Information
regarding access to emergency assistance services.
|
 |
| The
OCC Portal allows access to the databank stored in the scales
sub-system with the capacity to issue reports, statistics on
load access, heavy vehicle movement, etc. The
combination of the camera, traffic count and balance systems
makes it possible for the concession to track the movement of
heavy vehicles, to check loads and to register possible
evasions of the current tax norms. |
 |
|
Administration
of all the displays of variable messages through the protocol
TCP IP with selection of the contents, effect, speed etc.
individually regardless of the model or make. |
 |
| CONSULTATIONS
AND REPORTS |
|
| From
the OCC Portal there are two alternatives for access to
information provided by the toll plazas in conjunction with
the subsystems dependent on OCC in a consolidated way. The
first one is dynamic and on-line, where the user enters the
desired selection parameter, and the report is then presented
in a wide range of viewers: HTML, Java Applet, Active X, among
others. The
second, consists of statistical reports self-produced
periodically (monthly) in Microsoft Excel format, made up of
information from various data sources obtained from the toll
plazas, the customer service system, the CCTV system, etc. |
 |
|
The
handling of data supplied by fixed radar installations
strategically located throughout the concession makes possible
the output of reports on registers of high speed detection.
This, in turn, activates the corresponding measures. |
